Have Cards to Sell?

Do you have cards you would like to sell? Don't want to go through the hassle of selling on eBay? Would prefer to sell to a trusted business in a fair and transparent manner? Here's how you can sell us your cards and collections in 4 simple steps: 

Step 1) We generally only accept genuine mint/ near mint condition cards. We may make exceptions for very rare, sought after cards, or for large vintage sets. Here are the main things we are looking for:

- Corners and edges should contain no wear and whitening should be kept to an absolute minimum 

- The front and rear of the card should have no scratches, creases or bends

- There should be no signs of any other form of wear. Examples are discolouration, fading, water damage, pen marks, etc.

Step 2) Once you are satisfied your cards meet the above requirements, please photograph the submission and attach the pictures to an email to sales@clutchcards.co.uk

Please include as many detailed, high quality photos as you can, and don't forget to let us know what sort of price you are looking for!!

We will then contact you to let you know whether we are interested in your cards or not, and if so, make you an offer

Step 3) If you are happy with the price offered (we welcome negotiations!!) and would like to go ahead with the sale, please confirm by email and we will contact you with further instructions regarding delivery

Step 4) Once your cards have been received, inspected and successfully processed, we will release payment using the method of your choice from the following:

- Bank Transfer 

- PayPal 

- Store Credit 

Provided you send us the cards we have agreed upon and which match the photos you have sent us, there should never be any issue. Please just note the following:

- Please do not submit cards that differ from the photos you have sent us, it just wastes both your time and ours

- All submissions will be checked on arrival by someone with two decades worth of Pokemon experience

- Payment will only be made after a thorough inspection of each card

- If your cards fail to clear the inspection process return postage will be at your own expense

We at Clutch Cards Ltd. retain the right to amend and/or cancel any orders at our own discretion.
